Welcome to Wan AI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Wan AI ("Wan AI," "we," "us," or "our"). They cover your use of the website at wann.video and our AI video and image tools (together, the "Service").
Please read these Terms carefully. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Wan AI is an online platform that lets you create videos and images with artificial intelligence. You can turn text prompts, images, and other reference files into new content using third-party AI models, such as the Wan video model family.
Wan AI is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Alibaba or the official Wan project. Model names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to describe the models available on our Service.
Most tools on Wan AI use credits. The number of credits needed depends on the model, the length, the resolution, and other settings you choose. The Service shows the credit cost before you generate.
Payments are processed by our third-party payment partners, such as Stripe and PayPal. By paying, you also agree to their terms. Prices may change, but changes will not affect a billing period you have already paid for. You are responsible for any taxes that apply.
Because credits are used right away to run AI models, payments are generally non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. If a generation fails because of a technical problem on our side, the credits used are automatically returned to your account. If you think you were charged by mistake, contact us at support@wann.video within 14 days and we will review your request.
We may offer free credits, check-in rewards, referral rewards, or discounts. These have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may change or end at any time. We may remove rewards gained through abuse or fake accounts.
"Your Content" means the prompts you write, the files you upload, and the videos and images you generate. As between you and Wan AI, you keep all rights you have in Your Content.
You give Wan AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display Your Content only as needed to run and improve the Service, and to show public creations if you choose to make them public. This license ends when you delete Your Content, except for copies we must keep by law or in routine backups.
Content created while you have an active paid plan may be used for commercial purposes, such as ads, client projects, and products for sale. You can download a commercial license certificate from your account. Content created on the free tier is for personal, non-commercial use unless we say otherwise.
You are responsible for Your Content and how you use it. You confirm that you have all the rights needed to upload your files and that Your Content does not break any law or anyone else's rights. AI results can be similar for different users. We cannot promise that your results are unique or protected by copyright.

We may review content, block prompts, or remove content that we believe breaks these rules. We may also suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, without a refund when the law allows.
The Service uses AI models and services from third parties. These providers may have their own rules and content filters. They may change or stop their models at any time, and we may add, change, or remove models on the Service as a result. We are not responsible for third-party services, and we do not guarantee that any specific model will stay available.
Except for Your Content, the Service and everything on it, including our software, design, logos, and text, belongs to Wan AI or our licensors. You may not copy, change, or use them without our written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." AI results can be unexpected, inaccurate, or not what you asked for. We do not promise that the Service will always be available, error-free, or meet your needs. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Wan AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 US dollars, whichever is greater.
You agree to defend and hold harmless Wan AI and its team from any claims, losses, or costs, including reasonable legal fees, that come from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if the law requires it, or if we stop offering the Service. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as ownership, disclaimers, and limits of liability, will stay in effect after your access ends.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. If the changes are important, we will let you know by email or with a notice on the Service. If you keep using the Service after the changes take effect, you accept the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws that apply where Wan AI operates, without regard to conflict of law rules. Before filing any claim, please contact us first so we can try to solve the problem informally. If we cannot solve it within 30 days, either side may take the matter to a court with proper jurisdiction.
